Blueberry Smoothie
What you'll need:
1 Cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 Cup milk or yogurt of your choice
1 Raw egg
1 Teaspoon vitamin C powder
small handful of goji berries
Blend in VitaMix until smooth.
Add water to desired consistency.
Blueberries are loaded with antioxidants which keeps HubbyHubby healthy and happy.
