What you'll need:

1 bunch of broccoli rabe washed and cut into 3rds

1 cup of dry navy beans, soaked 12-24 hours in warm water with a pinch of baking soda and cooked for 8 hours (alternatively, a can of beans will work too)

4 cloves of garlic peeled and chopped

2 tablespoons of oil of your choice (olive oil, coconut oil or lard)

1/4 crushed red pepper

salt to taste

What to do:

In a large skillet heat oil on medium heat.

Sauté broccoli rabe for about 5 minutes.

Add the drained beans.

Serve with salt and red pepper to taste.
