Fried, Peppers & Potatoes
What you'll need:
1 green pepper seeded and chopped
1 red pepper seeded and chopped
1 onion peeled and chopped
4 potatoes pealed and sliced
2 tablespoons lard or oil of your choice
What to do:
Heat lard in a large skillet on medium heat.
Add all the ingredients to the hot skillet and cook until the potatoes are golden brown, the onions are translucent and the peppers are charred.
