Fried Potatoes & Hot Dogs
Fast, easy and healthy.
What you'll need:
Teton Waters Ranch Thuringer, Frankfurters or any 100% grass-fed beef hotdogs.
4 Russet Potatoes cut in cubes
1 onion peeled and sliced
2 table spoons of lard
What to do:
Heat the lard in a large skillet on medium heat.
Fry the potatoes until golden brown.
Add the onions and cook until translucent.
Transfer to a serving dish.
Add the hot dogs to the frying pan and cook to your liking.
Serve with homemade or Bubbies Sauerkraut and catsup
Be in health.
