Fried Rainbow Trout & Brussels Sprouts
What you'll need for the fish:
2 whole rainbow trout heads, tails and fins removed
flour
salt & pepper
2 tablespoons lard or cooking oil of your choice
What to do:
Heat the oil in a large frying pan.
Salt and pepper the fish and dredge in flour.
Fry the fish for 8-10 minutes until flaky.
Serve with lemon.
What you'll need for the Brussels Sprouts
2 cups Brussels Sprouts ends cut off
2 tablespoons lard or cooking oil of your choice
What to do:
Boil the Brussels Sprouts for 10 minutes.
Heat the oil in a medium frying pan.
Sauté until brown until your liking.
Serve with butter and salt to taste.
