Protein and veggies are a great way to start the day. This quick and easy breakfast will keep him strong and focused until lunch. Here's what you'll need: 3 tablespoon butter 2 free-range eggs scrambled 1/2 cup frozen or fresh greens (spinach, kale or chard) Here's what to do: Saute greens in melted butter for 5 or 6 minutes. Move the greens to the side of the pan. Add the eggs to the other side of the pan. Move eggs around gently until cooked through. Season with salt and pepper. Enjoy and be in health.
