Kale, Carrots, & Skirt Steak

What you'll need:
3 pounds of skirt steak seasoned with salt and pepper
1 bunch of kale chopped
4-5 carrots sliced into thick rounds and boiled for 4 minutes
4 tablespoons of lard
3 tablespoons of avocodo oil
What to do:
Heat lard in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook steak about 4 minutes on each side until internal temperature reaches 125 degrees.
Let steak rest while you make the kale.
Heat avocado oil in a large skillet on medium heat.
Sauté kale until crispy and add carrots.
Slice steak thin across the grain and combine with veggies.
Be in health.
