Swiss Chard & Onions

I am not one to make New Year's Resolution, but if I did, this would be it.....
* eat dark leafy greens with EVERY meal and
* cut out sugar 100%.
Here's what you need:
2 bunches of Swiss chard chopped
1 onion peeled, halved, and sliced
2 tablespoons of avocado oil
Here's what to do:
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Sauté onions until translucent.
Add Swiss chard and sauté until wilted.
Season with salt to taste.
Be in health.
