Turkey Casserole

Here's what you'll need:

1 stick of butter or a 1/2 cup of ghee

1/4 cup flour or arrowroot

3 cups of milk or broth

2 cups of turkey cut into cubes

1 bag of peas

3 cups of cauliflower (frozen or fresh)

1 bag of elbow macaroni cooked and drained

1 teaspoon of poultry seasoning


Here's what to do:

Cook peas and cauliflower and set aside.

Melt butter, add flour and make a roux. Slowly add milk to make a thick sauce.

Add turkey, peas, cauliflower, macaroni and poultry seasoning.

Stir and pour into a 9X13 glass baking dish.

Bake in the oven on 350 for 15-20 minutes.
